How It Works
Shooting film has never been this easy.
No settings, no screens, no learning curve. Just four steps between you and photos you’ll actually keep.
1. Wind it
Turn the film wheel on the back with your thumb until it stops. Now you’re ready to shoot.
2. Flash it
Shooting indoors or after dark? Press the flash button on the front and wait a few seconds for the light to glow.
3. Click it
Look through the viewfinder, frame your shot and press the shutter. Then wind again for the next one.
4. Develop it
Used every shot? Wind until the wheel stops, then drop your Camie off at any photo lab or pharmacy that develops 35mm film. Ask for digital scans so you can share your photos the same day.
Tips for better shots
- Use the flash indoors, even when it seems bright enough. Film needs more light than your phone.
- Stand 1–3 metres from your subject for the sharpest photos.
- Shooting outside in daylight? Keep the sun behind you.
