Does it have a flash?
Yes. Press the flash button on the front, wait a few seconds for the light to glow, then shoot. Perfect for parties, dinners and nights out.

Does it come with film?
Yes. Every Camie comes pre-loaded with 35mm film, ready to shoot straight out of the box.

How do I get my photos developed?
When you’ve used every shot, wind the film until it stops. Then take the whole camera to any photo lab or pharmacy that develops 35mm film. Ask for digital scans so you can get your photos on your phone.

Is the camera reusable?
Camie is a single-use camera. The lab keeps the camera body when they develop your film.

Where do you ship?
We ship free to Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then arrive in 6–10 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my camera?
Unused cameras can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used cameras can’t be returned once the film has been exposed. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

What if my camera arrives damaged?
Email support@heycamie.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don’t need to send it back.

Which colour should I pick?
Sage is calm and earthy, blush is soft and sweet, lilac is dreamy and playful, and white is clean and classic. Can’t decide? They make great gifts, so grab two.
